Copyright Notice

This Copyright Notice applies to all software products, websites, online services, documentation, content files, downloads and other materials owned, operated or distributed by A Future Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 078 538 002) (“FC”), including without limitation all products distributed under the SignMaster, VinylMaster and Authorised Dealer or OEM variant names (collectively the “Products”), while preserving the rights of all other lawful owners.

A. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

The Products, including all software, algorithms, designs, methods, layouts, architectures, data structures, machine driver frameworks, communication protocols, documentation, content files, cursors, icons, images, module names and underlying technologies, together with FC website materials, are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, design, trade-secret and other intellectual-property laws and by international treaty provisions. All ownership and intellectual-property rights in those materials remain vested in their respective lawful owners. Elements of the Products and related materials may also constitute trade secrets or confidential information of their respective lawful owners and are protected accordingly.

No ownership or intellectual-property right is transferred to you by purchase, possession, installation, download, access, activation, use of the Software or of any website, or acceptance of this Copyright Notice. Rights to use the Software are granted only under the applicable Software License Agreement (the “EULA”). All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective lawful owners.

B. COPYRIGHT – SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

The Products and associated materials are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws and by international treaty provisions. Your rights to install, copy, use or otherwise deal with the Software are governed exclusively by the applicable EULA. Except as expressly stated in the applicable EULA, no copyright, design or trade mark rights are granted to you in respect of the Products.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise distribute or exploit the Products or any part thereof in any form or by any means, except as expressly authorised under the applicable EULA, as authorised in writing by the relevant lawful rights holder, or as permitted by applicable law where that permission cannot lawfully be excluded. You may not, nor may you allow others to, remove or alter any copyright, trade mark, watermark or proprietary notice from the Products.

C. COPYRIGHT — WEBSITE AND ONLINE CONTENT

All content on FC-operated websites (including fcl.software and related FC Internet sites), including without limitation text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is owned by FC or the respective lawful owner or licensor, as applicable, and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holder. The compilation, arrangement and original FC-created content of FC’s websites may be protected separately to the extent applicable. Use of FC’s websites is governed by FC’s Terms of Use, and unauthorised use of any content from FC’s websites is prohibited.

D. NO IMPLIED RIGHTS

Access to an FC website, the Software, documentation, content files, downloads, online services or other protected materials does not of itself grant you any ownership of, or license in, any copyright, trade marks, designs, confidential information or other intellectual property of any person. Any license must arise expressly under the applicable EULA, the applicable Terms of Use, an express written permission from the relevant lawful rights holder, or applicable law. No right or license arises merely by implication, estoppel, website access, display, availability for download or possession.

E. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Third-party trade marks, names, logos, fonts, code, components, documentation, graphics, technologies and other protected materials remain the property of their respective lawful owners. Their inclusion in, or reference by, the Products or any FC website content does not transfer ownership to you and does not grant you any license beyond what is expressly authorised by the relevant lawful owner or applicable law. F. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

FC takes copyright infringement seriously and reserves the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable law. If you believe that any content on an FC website or in an FC Product infringes your copyright, please notify FC’s Legal Department in writing with full particulars of the claimed infringement.
