Trademarks

This page lists trade marks, service marks and product names owned by A Future Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 078 538 002) (“FC”) or used by FC with the authorisation of the relevant lawful owner, in Australia and other jurisdictions. The laws concerning the use and marking of trade marks vary by country.

Access to FC’s websites or products does not grant any right, license or permission to use any trade mark, service mark or product name. All marks remain the property of their respective lawful owners.

1. Word Marks Used by FC

The following marks are used by FC and are trade marks of FC or of the relevant lawful owner. The symbol ™ denotes marks claimed as trade marks, including common-law marks and marks that may be the subject of registration or registration applications in one or more jurisdictions. The symbol ® denotes a trade mark registered in the United States by the relevant lawful owner and does not imply registration in every jurisdiction or ownership by FC. Registration status varies by mark and jurisdiction.

2. Logotypes and Motifs

The following logotypes and motifs are trade marks of FC and are displayed on FC’s websites alongside their corresponding word marks. Except where use is otherwise authorised by the relevant lawful owner, or by FC to the extent FC is authorised to grant such permission, or permitted under applicable law, you may not use any trade mark or logotype used by FC. See Section 4 (Use Guidelines) below.

3. Third-Party Trade Marks

Third-party trade marks, company names and product names referenced on FC’s websites or in FC’s products are the property of their respective lawful owners and are used for identification purposes only. Reference to any third-party mark does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Without limitation: Microsoft and Windows are trade marks of Microsoft Corporation; Apple, Mac and macOS are trade marks of Apple Inc.; Corel, CorelDRAW, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Painter, WinZip and WordPerfect are trade marks of their respective owners within the Corel group; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PostScript are trade marks of Adobe Inc.; PANTONE is a trade mark of Pantone LLC; Roland is a trade mark of Roland DG Corporation. Other company, product and service names may be the trade marks of their respective owners.

4. Trade Mark Use Guidelines

Except where use is otherwise authorised by the relevant lawful owner, or by FC to the extent FC is authorised to grant such permission, or permitted under applicable law, you may not use any trade mark or logotype used by FC. In particular, you may not: use any FC mark in a way that is likely to cause confusion, or that implies a false association with, or endorsement or sponsorship by, FC; use any FC mark as part of your own trade name, business name, domain name or product name; modify, distort, combine or alter any FC mark; use any FC mark in connection with any product or service that is not an FC product; register or attempt to register any FC mark, or any confusingly similar mark, in any jurisdiction; or use any FC mark in any manner that disparages or discredits FC. Authorised Dealers and OEM partners with a current agreement with FC may use FC marks in accordance with that agreement and any applicable FC brand guidelines.

5. No Implied Rights

No right or license in any trade mark arises by implication, estoppel, website access, display, download availability or possession. This Section is consistent with FC’s Copyright Notice.
